Garbo Windows 3.1x archives
We very much regret that due to the lacking personnel resources we
cannot handle any new additions to the Garbo archive's Windows 3.1x
section as of Sat 30-Nov-96 save for very rare exceptions. There is no
immediate resuming of the Windows 3.1x section regular updating in
sight. Thus part of the Windows 3.1x section files are not the latest
versions.
